Outline of Upcoming SkillShare classes on Clothing Upcycling

So, here is an outline for the classes I will be creating on Skillshare.com (I'm waiting to see about collaboration with Goodwill Easter Seals of the Gulf Coast!)

This is Class 1- CIRCLE SKIRT- in a 10-part series: Thrifting a New Wardrobe!
The Project for Class 1 will be turning a thrifted circular tablecloth and a stretch belt into a circle skirt!

This is Class 2 – FITTED LACY TANK TOP - in a 10-part series: Thrifting a New Wardrobe!
The Project for Class 2 will be turning a thrifted Large, boxy T-shirt and a piece of lace into a fitted Tank Top.

This is Class 3 – KIMONO-INSPIRED JACKET - in a 10-part series: Thrifting a New Wardrobe!
The Project for Class 3 will be turning a thrifted sheer curtain panel or other sheer item and a piece of ribbon or other trim into a Kimono-inspired jacket!

This is Class 4 – SHORT JACKET - in a 10-part series: Thrifting a New Wardrobe!
The Project for Class 4 will be turning a thrifted men’s “button-down” shirt into a short, semi-fitted jacket!

This is Class 5 –SUMMER PANTS - in a 10-part series: Thrifting a New Wardrobe!
The Project for Class 5 will be turning a thrifted sheet or tablecloth or yardage and a cami into lightweight pants!

This is Class 6 – BREEZY SUMMER DRESS - in a 10-part series: Thrifting a New Wardrobe!
The Project for Class 6 will be turning 2 thrifted men’s “button-down” shirts into a breezy summer dress!

This is Class 7 – KNEE-LENGTH PALAZZO PANTS - in a 10-part series: Thrifting a New Wardrobe!
The Project for Class 1 will be turning a thrifted XL skirt or dress and a cami or stretch belt into a pair of lined palazzo, knee-length pants

This is Class 8 – V-NECK BLOUSE -  in a 10-part series: Thrifting a New Wardrobe!
The Project for Class 8 will be turning a thrifted T-shirt and lace tablecloth into a Blouse with V-neck, V-hem, and lace sleeves

This is Class 9 – SHORT, STRAPPED-BACK, TANK - in a 10-part series: Thrifting a New Wardrobe!
The Project for Class 9 will be turning a thrifted garment into a midriff, strapped back, tank top!

This is Class 10- DECORATING SHOES AND SANDALS -  in a 10-part series: Thrifting a New Wardrobe!
The Project for Class 10 will be transforming a pair of sneakers and a pair of sandals into “new to you” shoes for your new wardrobe!


This is a Bonus Free Class – LINED PURSE - for anyone who completed the 10-part series: Thrifting a New Wardrobe!
The Project for this class will be turning a thrifted placemat, pillowcase, and 2 neckties into a purse to use with your new wardrobe!

Welcome to my brand-spanking new blog. I've been putting it off for sooooo long, because I really, really love to write and once I get started, I might just get sucked in!!! On the other hand, I have so many other things I'm involved in, I might not update it often enough and that will be just as bad! So, what to do.
